Luke Vibert is a DJ, producer, and one of the defining figures of UK electronic music. Working across aliases including Wagon Christ, Plug, Kerrier District, Amen Andrews, Luke Warm, Ace of Clubs, and Butler Keiv, Vibert has built a catalog that spans acid house, drum and bass, breakbeat, trip-hop, and beyond — always with a sense of humor and a deep crate-digger’s ear for sample material.
Based in London, Vibert has released music on labels including Warp, Ninja Tune, Rephlex, Planet Mu, Mo’ Wax, People of Rhythm, and DeTuned. His production style is immediately recognizable: warm analog textures, unexpected sample flips, and a rhythmic sensibility that draws equally from hip-hop, acid, and jungle. Whether working under his own name or one of his many aliases, the throughline is a producer who treats electronic music as a playground rather than a formula.
Vibert’s live sets reflect the same restlessness — moving fluidly across tempos, genres, and decades of electronic music history. He is a performer who trusts his audience to follow wherever the set goes.
People of Rhythm handles North American bookings for Luke Vibert.
